MATCHASOUNDS 027: WINTER 2024
Once again, after a long n hefty hiatus, I am back with the latest installment of MATCHASOUNDS!!
I feel like my music taste is much more all over the map these days, but you know I still hold true to my roots. I’ve gotten a lot more into the vibier side of things and always find a way to make it mesh with some of the deeper, darker and more dangerous sounds you all know I love so much. I also included a bunch of throwbacks that I have a constant or reignited love for.
Not gonna lie – much of this is pulled from my Pilates library. ICYMI, I started teaching! Huge goal of mine, so it’s very rewarding to be in it after so long. I carefully curate the playlists for each class (I’ve taught nearly 50 + have different playlists for each day I’ve taught!), so my library is vast now. I love bringing things I love sonically to the studio, so it was fun to curate it in a way that was looser + more playful.
This edition of MATCHASOUNDS is unlike the others in the sense that it can be shuffled OR played thru. I wanted it to be fun + exciting with each listen and not too tied to a certain flow. Let the universe move you, baby!
