STYLE PROFILE 002: Amanda Chung

I love supporting those I care about, so this is a chance to showcase all their best lewks and learn more a little about them.

The second installment of Style Profiles features everyone's favorite shmoodie lil girl, Amanda Chung. Amanda and I first met just four years ago, which is so crazy because I always feel like I've known her longer(!!!), and I've always been so amazed by her poise, character, and of course, style. She always looks easy-breezy, chic and timeless.
Amanda signature lewks, as you will see, perfectly encapsulate her being. The cuts are classic, tops ever so feminine and sneakers oh so white. She is never far from home without a pair of gold hoops, a lollipop nor her favorite lipgloss of the moment.
MHM: How would you describe your personal style?
AC: Super simple. Aspirational but lazy. Like when you start a new playlist but get tired after adding 3 songs.
What’s one item in your closet you can’t live without?
My Reformation jeans.
What's your go-to outfit?
Ref jeans or 501s, white or black tee, and black heeled boots. And all my gold Maria Tash earrings.
Whose style do you admire?
It’s random. Devon Carlson (left), Bella Hadid, Jane Birkin (middle), Cydney Morris (right), Chloé Bartoli....
Do you have motto when it comes to your style or how you choose to dress?
Keep it simple, don’t overdo it, and don’t wear high waisted pants to dinner.
What fashion or style advice would you give to your younger self?
Stop buying clothes! I have so much trendy stuff from years ago that I never wear anymore and it’s so wasteful. Right now, I’m trying to build a closet of only key pieces that I love and know I’ll wear again and again.
Favorite outfit or two you’ve ever worn?
Probably jeans and this amazing, patterned Stone Cold Fox tie top I wore for a fun photo shoot with my friend.
